After looking back at my front cover research, I have decided to remove the bars around my 14 artists' names to match my house style.Furthermore more Q's covers don't use boxes behind their stories, so I will remove the pink and white boxes The artists on Q are not as low as my model is on the cover; therefore at my next photo shoot I will ensure there is less space above the models head. There are also different fonts used for different stories, so I will change this on my cover to best fit the mainstream genre. Also, I will add a circle behind the '50 album reviews of the month' because this is what Q tend to do and like the Lana Del Rey cover i will tilt the text side ways.
Here are some of my changes so far after comparing my front cover to some Q front covers.

Contents Comparison
Here is my Contents Page so far, after comparing it to a Q contents page I have decided to change the numbers to white and the squares to pink. I will move the 'features' text above the i
mage instead of having it over lap it. To add to that I will put a blue circle behind the issue number. I will also make my contents title smaller. Here are my improvements:

Peer Feedback
From my peer feedback I know that the colour scheme works well for my target audience and dressing my model in different costumes is something I need to continue doing for my fourth photo shoot. The line separators on my double page spread had positive feedback so I will be keeping them.
For my improvements I know that the boxes on the front cover need to cover less of the model, I could perhaps make them transparent. I need to take a close up and long shot for my contents page so that I have a variety of shots.
Third Photo Shoot
Here are some images taken from my third photo shoot. After adding them to my magazine I have decided that I will be using a different model for my fourth photo shoot because I feel that I need someone who looks older to best represent mainstream singer songwriter music. I will be taking two more studio shots, dressed in pink with bolder make up, as this reflects my research better.

Third photo shoot plan
I have booked the studio for Monday to take my front cover image. My model Phoebe will wear a pink bomber jacket, black vest top, silver choker, pink eye make up and pink lipstick; this will match my colour scheme. I want to achieve a midshot image of her looking directly into the camera with her hands on her hips, pulling a fun posey face. I want to achieve this image but ensure the camera is properly focused, and leave less space above her head so she is more centralised.
Next, I have decided to photograph Phoebe for my double page spread but in a stage setting as it fits the article better. I will re costume her in to a new dress and recreate this image I have already taken:
I also plan to photograph my second model Brooke for my contents page. I want to achieve a close up, focusing on her eyes and lips. Here are some images I will be basing my photograph on:
